JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2025 This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail from this Court as his prayer for bail was earlier rejected vide order dated 09.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71250 2023. While rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner the learned trial court was directed to expedite the trial and was further directed to conclude the same within a period of nine months.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial has not been concluded till date.

3. However, a report has been received from Superintendent of Police, Naugachia wherein he has submitted that all the witnesses have been produced and examined by the learned trial court.

4. Since the mater has come at the fag end, further finding no new ground for reconsideration, the prayer for bail of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19441 of 2025(4) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 the petitioner is rejected and the present petition is disposed of.
