The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 640 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding recovery of stolen motorcycle from the accused persons including the petitioner herein.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that only after the petitioner was made an accused in the present case, the petitioner has been further

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16663 of 2019(2) dt.01-04-2019 2/2 implicated in other two cases. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 29.11.2018 and he is ready to deposit cash security for the purposes of securing regular bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the petitioner, above named, to be released on regular bail upon deposit of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with the Nazarat of the concerned court in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 640 of 2018 and subject to such other conditions as may be imposed by the learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran.

With the aforesaid directions and observations, the present bail petition stands disposed off.
