This is an application for regular bail in connection with Kalyanpur P. S. Case no. 143 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he was caught in his possession with a stolen motorcycle.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that motorcycle was recovered from the house of his uncle and petitioner has no concern with the same. At the instigation of his uncle he has been implicated in the present case. He is in custody since 08.08.2017 and he has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of
