2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 1420 of 2014, Trial No. 4985 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and reiterates his willingness to keep the opposite party no. 2 with due dignity and honour.

4. None appeared on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 when the matter was called on 24.08.2016 and once again she is not represented today.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail
