The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 53 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 4120B, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that the petitioners took Rs. 4,00,000/- on different dates for selling a piece of land, but the petitioner neither returned the money nor executed the sale deed. It is submitted that the entire allegation is false and concocted. The informant has not stated anywhere in the FIR, that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20800 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 when petitioner has received money from the informant. Even no deed of agreement to sale is executed.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 53 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
