Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No.11 of 2018, registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation against the petitioner is that he had executed an agreement for sale in the year 2011 in favour of the informant but the sale deed was not executed and the informant filed a title suit and subsequently the petitioner sold the same land to some other person.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute is of civil nature, already the petitioner had approached the civil court and the so called deed of agreement was of seven years back.

No.47009 of 2018(2) dt.01-08-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that the dispute appears predominantly civil in nature, so petitioner Anand Ravi @ Bablu @ Anand Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No.11 of 2018.
