The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Piro P. S. Case No. 258 of 2017 registered under Sections 147 148, 149, 120B, 295A, 153A, 188, 353, 307, 323, 341, 504, 379, 436 and 427/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the submission that fifteen other coaccused persons having more or less identical allegation to that of the petitioner have already been granted pre-arrest bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 31.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63053 of 2017 as contained in Annexure-2 to the present application, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42960 of 2018 (2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-1, Bhojpur at Ara in Piro P. S. Case No.258 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
