Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 127(1), 118(1), 117(2), 303(2), 76, 109, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on account of dispute amongst children, accused persons came and Ramesh Ram assaulted the informant by an iron rod causing injury on head, thereafter Bansi assaulted him

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18298 of 2025(3) dt.15-05-2025 2/3 by lathi causing injury on hand and Rajesh assaulted Jangbahadur by lathi causing injury on head and fracture of hand.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that on account of dispute amongst children, an altercation took place in which both sides assaulted each other. It is also submitted that no doubt, allegation of assault is against the petitioners, but then none of the grievous injury is on vital part of the body, rather pain and swelling on left and right hand of Saheb Ram and Jangbahadur has opined to be grievous, which amply demonstrates that petitioners never had any intention of committing a serious occurrence.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like
