The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 333 of 2017 dated 10.06.2017 instituted for the offences under Section 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016. The petitioner was found to be intoxicated on the date of the occurrence.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case because of many criminal cases which are pending against him. The petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2017. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to grant bail to him.

Case No. 333 of 2017.
