The petitioner seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Jagdishpur (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 509 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 326, 302, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the case due to village politics. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. There is a general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner. It is further submitted that there is specific allegation against the co-accused persons.

Case No. 509 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of Cr. P.C.
