2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that in view of order dated 14.03.2023 passed in Cr. Appeal No. 769 of 2023 by the Apex Court, he seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application. It is further submitted that the brother of the petitioner has already been released in terms of the direction of the Hon'ble Apex Court.
