2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner and other F.I.R. named co-accused persons are alleged to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has denied the prosecution case and stated that she, out of her own sweet will, had left the house and solemnized marriage with this petitioner in a temple. She has also disclosed her age, as 21 years. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Gogari (Paura) P.S. Case No. 355 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. No. 3374 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
