Counsels are in agreement that the claim of others similarly situated has been rejected by this Court in the proceedings arising out of CWJC No 11480 of 2014. Since decision of this Court, in the case of Prashant Kumar Varun -Versus- State of Bihar & Others (CWJC No 11480 of 2014 covers the case of the petitioners, the instant proceedings also must meet the same fate. Nine months course in Artificial Insemination and Minor Veterinary Services possessed by the petitioners, therefore, cannot be held to be equivalent to those who possess Intermediate of Science (Biology) Degree. Petitioners, therefore, cannot be said to be possessing the minimum qualification for appointment of Live Stock Assistant (Pashudhan Sahayak).
Instant writ petition is dismissed.
