Petitioner is accused in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 323, 354, 379, 504, 506 of the I.P.C. and 37(i)(ii) of the Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties.
