Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 194 of 2021, registered for the offences under Section 8/20(b)(ii)(A), NDPS Act 1985.

The recovery of 725 gm Ganja has been made from the house of the petitioner and the petitioner was seen running away from the place of occurrence.

In these circumstances, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
