The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 556 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Informant is the police officer who in his self statement has stated that on 03.11.2017 a raiding team was constituted to execute process under Section 83 Cr.P.C. in the house of accused Awadhesh Sah and during raid 11 pieces of live cartridges were recovered from house of the petitioner and accused Ram Bilash Sah and Awadhesh Sah who are his brothers. He is in custody since 13.03.2018. According to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45741 of 2018(2) dt.27-07-2018 2/2 petitioner, one more case is pending against him arising out of land dispute.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran, in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 556 of 2017.
