Petitioner is an absconder and that being so, on a deposit of Rs. 25,000/- as cash surety, petitioner, Majhar Alam @ Md. Majhar Alam is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-1st , Kishanganj in Bahadurganj PS Case No. 58/2009.

In case there happens to be absence at the end of petitioner, then in that event, the aforesaid cash surety will be subject to forfeiture, otherwise the same be returned back to the petitioner after conclusion of the trial on proper identification. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) perwez U T
