JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 304 (B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that on 05.11.2014 wife of the informant got information on mobile that her daughter is ill. The informant went to Sasural of his daughter and found that the accused persons were returning after disposing of dead boy of his daughter.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner no.1 is mother-in-law and petitioner no.2 is the father-in-law of the deceased. The petitioners are separate mess and property from the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28165 of 2015 (3) dt.29-09-2015 husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S.Case No.251 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
