2. This is the fourth attempt of the petitioner, who is in custody since 22.11.2016, for grant of bail in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 17.10.2016 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 21092 of 2016, order dated 19.09.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 13220 of 2017 and order dated 15.05.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 29914 of 2018.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has already suffered more than four years in custody since 22.11.2016 and claims clean antecedents.
4. Learned APP invites reference to the impugned order dated 11.02.2020, according to which the trial is at an advanced stage, and warrants/summons have been issued to non-official as well as official witnesses.
5. In the above circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20648 of 2020(4) dt.27-01-2021 2/2 stands dismissed with an observation that the learned trial court would conclude the trial expeditiously and in any case preferably within a period of six months hereof.
