2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 4 of the Explosive Substance Act registered in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 379 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated. There is no independent witness in the seizure list other than two constables. There is delay in sending the FIR to the Court on 14.07.2014 in relation to the alleged occurrence of 13.07.2014.

4. Having regard to the seizure list showing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37160 of 2014 (2) dt.11-02-2015 recovery of materials for preparing bombs, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran U T
