The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

51.84 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from a plastic bag, which was loaded on the motorcycle of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Motorcycle in question does not belong to this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 04.03.2022. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail
