Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Some other similarly situated co-accused have either been granted anticipatory or regular bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court, vide Annexure-3 series. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and others to have caused injury with lathi as a result of which the victim died.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58530 of 2017 (2) dt.18-12-2017 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Hulasganj Police Station Case No. 04 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
