That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/ order / direction commanding the respondents to absorb the petitioner in the service as he has worked on daily wages as a class 4th employee in the consolidation office Riga District Sitamarhi from 20/09/1988 to July 1990 and set aside the letter no. 1434 dated 20/06/1990 ( Annexure -

7) passed by the in charge deputy director consolidation Sitamarhi by which he has been pleased to direct the entire consolidation officers of district Sitamarhi to terminate 58 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.25681 of 2013(2) dt.13-07-2023 2/2 class 3rd employee and 56 of class 4th employees in the light of letter no. 1154 dated 14/06/1990 of the director consolidation Bihar, Patna."

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the efflux of time, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, however, the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances.
