2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case no. 414 of 2013.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated due to political rivalry and in any event, other accused persons, namely, Usha Devi and Jai Kishun Thakur, have been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.45166 of 2014.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioners' arrest or
