2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 234/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, deceased was suspected to be a thief who was brutally assaulted by general public including the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is a man with a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 20.11.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. I, Udakishunganj, Madhepura /concerned Court below in connection Puraini P.S. Case No. 234/2025.
