The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 195 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 5/6 of Child Marriage Restraint Act, 1929. The allegation is regarding the petitioner and other accused persons having kidnapped the son of the informant for the purposes of marrying him with the daughter of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 13.09.2018.

Case No. 195 of 2018.
