2. Based on false assertions made in the writ petition regarding appointment in the year 2007, a prayer has been made for regularization.

3. After filing of counter affidavit, the petitioner's counsel, upon instructions from petitioner, submits that the premise for the relief by claiming that the petitioner was appointed in the year 2007, is wrong/false.
