JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as informant. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No.241 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341,323, 436, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 26.12.2018.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submits that cattle and valuables of the informant was burnt in the instant case. It is alleged that petitioner were involved in

Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they have remained in custody for more than three months, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Let, the petitioners named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri Shiv Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Uda-Kishunganj (Madhepura) in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No.241 of 2018.
