2. This appeal has been filed against order dated 09.02.2023 passed by learned Exclusive Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Nawada in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(2)(Va) of the SC/ST Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of appellant and other three co-accused persons has been rejected.

3. The informant namely, Shravan Kumar alleged that on 11.09.2022 at about 5 PM, all the FIR named accused abused the informant by his caste name and also threatened to kill him. It is further alleged that all the accused persons forcibly entered

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1436 of 2023(3) dt.26-03-2025 2/2 in the house of informant and asked about his son. This appellant is alleged to have assaulted mother of the informant with iron rod. Doctor has found the injury grievous.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of injury, this appeal, which has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the appellant, is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
