The petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2021 in connection with Nagar (Lohia Nagar) P.S. Case No. 677/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner has been exonerated in the investigation and, thereafter, cognizance for the offence has been taken.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18925 of 2022(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Nagar (Lohia Nagar) P.S. Case No. 677/2021.

It is directed that the court below while accepting the bail bond of the petitioner shall verify the fact with regard to submission of final form and if the same is found true, the bail bond of the petitioner shall be accepted and if it is found false, the bail bond of the petitioner shall be rejected.
