2. This Court vide order, dated 03.04.2024, has directed the respondents to de-freeze the account of the petitioner putting a lien over an amount of Rs.16,082/-.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as counsel for the Respondent-Bank has stated that pursuant to the above interim order the account of the petitioner has being defreezed and the petitioner is allowed to operate the account.

4. Having regard to the above mentioned submissions the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order, the authorities are directed to keep the lien on the sum of Rs.16082/- and permit the petitioner to operate the account. The

Patna High Court CWJC No.5104 of 2024(6) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 said lien shall be in place till they receive any further communication from Kalanaur Police Station, Rohtak, Haryana in FIR No. 20 of 2024, dated 16.01.2024.

5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
