JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-04-2016 At the outset, when a query was made by the Court as to why the petitioner has not invoked the statutory remedy of revision and preferred a writ for challenging part of the judgment dated 5.8.2014 passed in Sessions Trial No.312 of 2010 arising out of Gaighat P.S.Case No.215 of 2007, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to convert the present application into a revision application.
Leave is granted.
The application is permitted to be converted into appropriate revision application. Let steps in this regard be taken within ten days from today failing which the application shall stand dismissed.
