Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 341, 323 and 307/34 of the IPC.

Petitioner is named in the FIR but no specific allegation of assault has been levelled against him. Moreover, there is case and counter case between the parties and persons from both sides sustained injuries. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Govindpur P.S.
