The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant being robbed of cash, ATM card, PAN card and mobile, the FIR was registered against three unknown. Name of the petitioner sprang up on the confession of the co-accused.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that except confession of the co-accused no material has come against the petitioner during investigation and there is no recovery from the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28950 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 104 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
