This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 241 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

The petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2021. Considering the period of custody and also the amount of recovery, this regular bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Excise Judge-I, Begusarai, in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 241 of 2021.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18603 of 2022(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 shall mark his attendance in local police station i.e. Khodawandpur Police Station, District-Begusarai, on first Sunday of every month during the course of the pendency of the case. In default in making his attendance in the aforesaid Police Station, will result into cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
