The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Parnadabar P.S. Case No.13 of 2023 registered under Sections 30(c)/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioners. The alleged recovery has been made from the place situated near the forest and hillock (2 kms. away from Madhi Kalaunda village). The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

No.18062 of 2023(2) dt.05-05-2023 2/2 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Excise Court-2, Nawada in connection with Parnadabar P.S. Case No.13 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
