The Petitioner seeks revision against the Appellate Court Judgment dated 3.1.2012 passed by the Sessions Judge, Darbhanga, in Criminal Appeal No. 26 of 2010 arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No. 260 of 2008 by which he has set aside the conviction of the Private Opposite Parties under Section 307 Indian Penal Code and convicted him under Section 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced them till a period already undergone by him during Trial. Even though the injuries sustained by the injured may not come within the definition of simple injury in the facts and
