ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-09-2015 The Parties were summoned in Chambers to explore as to whether there would be any settlement but it does not seem possible. It seems that the Petitioner is not ready to live with the Opposite Party No. 2 without any reasonable cause. In such circumstances, the application so far as the Petitioner No. 1 is hereby dismissed.
However, since there is no dispute with regard to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36095 of 2014 dt.30-09-2015 2/2 Petitioners No. 2 and 3 being the children of the Opposite Party No. 2, he shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Five thousand) per month in the Court below from the date of this order for their upkeep. He shall also have visitation rights to the children.
With the aforesaid observation, the application stands disposed off.
