Informant's motorcycle was stolen away while it was parked in front of Anand Vastralaya. Furthermore, it has also been asserted that when he had visited another shop having at upper floor of Anand Vastralaya and seen the C.C.TV. footage, identified the culprit regarding whose identity during course of search, he came to know as Gaurav Kumar @ Gaurav (petitioner), Anjum @ Anjum and Raushan Singh. From the seizure list, it is evident that vehicle was seized on the same day, but from column-3 of the seizure list, it is evident that name of the accused has not been disclosed though it contains signature of Gaurav Kumar @ Gaurav (petitioner) as well as L.T.I. of Raushan
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59546 of 2017 (02) dt.12-12-2017 Kumar Singh. Furthermore, from Para-3 of the petition, it is evident that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is under custody since 04.09.2017.
Accordingly, petitioner, Gaurav Kumar @ Gaurav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta P. S. Case No.292 of 2017.
