Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25 (1-b) a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Submission is that only four cartridges are alleged to have recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Maheshkhut Police Station

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58481 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 Case No.114 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
