JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-04-2015 Heard Sri Mahesh Narayan Parbat, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to SC No. 21 as well as Sri Rakesh Kumar Tiwary, leaner counsel, who has appeared on behalf of Chapra Nagar Parishad.
Learned counsel for the Nagar Parishad submits that the present petition has been filed for initiating contempt against opposite parties on an allegation of willful disobedience to an interim order passed in CWJC No. 21399 of 2011, which is still pending. However, he submits that the Nagar Parishad has also filed show cause showing compliance of the order.
Patna High Court MJC No.1867 of 2012 (8) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 Be that as it may, since the main writ petition is still pending, it would not be advisable to pass any positive order in the present case.
The petition stands disposed of.
