====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 210/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/307/ 427/504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

This is the second anticipatory bail application of these petitioners. Their application for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected earlier by this Court on 25.11.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 74626 of 2019 (Annexure-1).

There is no fresh ground for second anticipatory bail application. It is, accordingly, dismissed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20664 of 2020(5) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 The anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 25.11.2019 in a case registered in the month of July, 2019 and the allegations are serious in nature, but they have chosen not to surrender in the Court below.

The petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within two weeks from today.

If they do not surrender within two weeks from today, the Superintendent of Police, Buxar, shall take all coercive steps to arrest the petitioners.

A copy of the order be communicated through FAX to the Superintendent of Police, Buxar, for compliance. Put up after three weeks.
