The petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 379, 341, 323 of the Indian Penal Code.
The complainant alleged that the petitioners snatched Rs. 10,000/- cash and a Titan watch of Rs.2,000/- from his possession.
The occurrence is said to have taken place on 01.06.2014 but the complaint petition was filed on 05.06.2014. It is submitted that the sister of the complainant is neighbour of the petitioners. The petitioners have got land dispute with the sister of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28649 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 the complainant and that is why the complainant who is resident of far away from the house of the petitioners, has lodged this case. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri M. K. Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in connection with Complaint Case no. 827 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
