The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioners assaulted the informant, his son and his daughter-in-law.
It is submitted that the injuries have been found to be simple but the opinion has been reserved. The case lodged by the side of the petitioners is at the earlier point of time and considering the same, the other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Darbhanga. A
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27689 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 statement to this effect has been made in paragraph 8 of the petition.
Considering the abovementioned facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Raiyam P.S.
