ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-07-2018 The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 01.07.2017 passed in Cr.Misc. No.27653 of 2017. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since Petitioner No.3, Guddu Paswan, was in a mistaken belief that he was not required to do anything after the grant of anticipatory bail by this Court and as such, the said petitioner did not appear before the court below to file bail bonds. The said petitioner thus prays for extension of time for surrender. Since the time has already elapsed for surrender, extension of further period of four weeks is granted to enable the said petitioner to present his bail bonds before the court concerned.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43193 of 2018 (2) dt.18-07-2018 2/2 Considering the aforementioned reason assigned in the modification application, let the petitioner surrender in connection with Sheosagar (Baddi) P.S. Case No.281 of 2016 before the court below, i.e. the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas, within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the aforesaid order dated 01.07.2017, so far as it relates to Petitioner No.3 Guddu Paswan, shall stand revoked automatically.
The order dated 01.07.2017 passed in Cr.Misc. No.27653 of 2017 shall stand modified to the above extent. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
