In view of the submission at the Bar keeping in view of
Patna High Court CWJC No.10733 of 2016 dt.09-01-2017 2/2 the decision of the learned Single Judge as well as the Division Bench and the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLA (C) No. 32079 of 2015, let the claim of these petitioners be considered in accordance with law and the directives issued in the aforesaid SLA and C.W.J.C. No. 21391 of 2011.
Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of in terms of the decision rendered in the aforesaid cases as well as C.W.J.C. No. 3940 of 2016.
