JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Pirpainti PS Case No. 135 of 2014 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the petitioner, husband of the deceased, killed her and threw her dead body. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this is a case of honour killing because against the wishes of the parents of the girl both married but at the time of occurrence she was living with her parents and killed by them moreover another co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Md. Ilyas is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge I, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainti PS Case No. 135 of 2014, S.Tr. No. 572 of 2017.
