The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered under section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that while rejecting the earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner vide order dated 25.2.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 44996 of 2021, this Court had given liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Referring to Annexure-3 to the petition it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that charge has been framed against the petitioner in Sessions Trial no. 29 of 2022 on 14.3.2022 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge II, Lakhisarai under sections 307/34, 341/34, 323/34 and 325/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19086 of 2022(2) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial. Heard learned APP for the State.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, the liberty granted to the petitioner vide the earlier order of rejection dated 25.2.2022 together with charge having been framed against the petitioner on 14.2.2022, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Medini Chowki P.S. Case no. 54 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge II, Lakhisarai.
