ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Patory P.S. Case No.77 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

So far as petitioner no.1 Subodh Choudhary @ Subodh Kumar Chaudhary is concerned, he being the husband of the deceased and the nature of allegation made against him, the prayer for anticipatory bail made on his behalf is rejected. He is directed to surrender before the court below and pray for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27459 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 regular bail.

So far as petitioner nos.2 and 3, namely, Chandra Devi and Rupa Devi respectively are concerned, considering the nature of allegations against them, let they, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Patory P.S. Case No.77 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
