2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite his best efforts, he has not been able to establish contact with his client.
3. Learned counsel for the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation submits that, by way of a supplementary affidavit, it has been brought on record that the grievances of the petitioner have been redressed. It is stated that all dues have
Patna High Court CWJC No.9771 of 2016(5) dt.15-07-2025 2/2 been paid to the petitioner, including Gratuity of Rs. 1,47,138/-, Unutilised Earned Leave of Rs. 58,361/-, Contributory Provident Fund of Rs. 4,63,270/-, and Interest on Provident Fund amounting to Rs. 13,344/-.
4. In light of the above submission made on behalf of the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, the present writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
5. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner that, in case any grievance still survives, she shall be at liberty to file an appropriate application for revival of the writ petition. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Ashwini/- U
